Hi Joe,

I've always used Alt+Space for Launchy (which I thought was the default) so never had any conflicts with ReSharper.

Agreed that Vista, Win 7 etc have similiar functionality for programme launching. I started using Launchy when I was on an XP machine and just stuck with it. I really like hitting Alt+Space! Plus, you can do things with Launchy that you can't do through the Start Menu, like go straight to launch a browser and search google in one command.

Cheers

One of my colleagues installed Launchy on one of our workstations, and I wound up disabling it because it stole Alt+Enter from ReSharper. I'm surprised you didn't mention this, since you use both. How did you resolve the conflict? Remap the key combination in one or the other, I assume?

And just out of curiosity, what OS are you on? I've been working on Vista for most of a year, and was surprised to find that it wasn't all that bad -- and its Start menu search isn't too shabby most of the time. I wonder how it compares to Launchy.
